Our Story
Founded in 2021 to operate differently.
Fuze Global Investment (FGI) Group (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2021 (Reg. 2021/919040/07) to address a gap that the founder had observed across multiple sectors: where capital was available, capability was available, but the bridge between the two was thin.
Real Investors and Experienced Professionals are usually misaligned in Africa as Professionals work at risks and delivering work without a stake in the outcome as Investors insist on shovel ready projects. The result was capital that underperformed and projects that under-delivered or never see the light of day.
FGI Group was structured to operate differently. We are a professional consulting and investment group with our own planning, engineering, architectural, project management, and construction development capability. We invest where we can also operate. We advise where we have actually delivered.
Headquartered at FUZE HOUSE on 59 Bond Street, Ferndale, Randburg, FGI Group operates across South Africa and the broader SADC region, with the Group's first major commercial milestone marked by the website launch of operations on 01 June 2026.

Mr. Sandile K. Ngcobo
Managing Director & Founder
Sandile K. Ngcobo is the founder and Managing Director of Fuze Global Investment Group. He leads the Group's investment strategy across both sectors and chairs its capability deployment across the in-house planning, engineering, architectural, project management, and construction development practices.
Mr. S.K. Ngcobo's professional perspective is shaped by direct exposure to the gap between capital allocation and operational delivery across infrastructure, agriculture, and public-sector engagement. He founded FGI Group with a conviction that Africa's most consequential ventures will be delivered by groups that hold both the cheque and the trowel.
